Photo uploading - Is there a Max???

When a user is uploading photos - is there a maximum amount of mbs/gbs per form or is it unlimited?

There is a maximum. Maximum is 1 GB per file. Inside of this guide you can find how to change the file upload size limit:

However I saw that your account is free and total available space for free accounts is 100 MB. You can upgrade your account to increase total available space of your account. More about different account types you can find on our pricing page.
