Stripe Payment Wizard: unable to open the wizard.

    I'm trying to build a stripe integrated form. I'm unable to move past the first step of the wizard and the browser's console is loaded with javascript errors

    Hello,

    I checked your form and I was not able to have any problems.

    But for information purposes, we have recently made a fix which might consequently included on resolving this issue. Can you try again connecting your Stripe account with the form? It should open a pop-up after you click the Connect button on the wizard. On the window pop-up, it should ask you for you to authenticate your account with Stripe to connect with JotForm.

    There are definitely issues - I've left a private message myself.

    Fields aren't updating and issues with rules not updated also.

    I have just cleared your forms' cache. Please try re-saving your form and make a preview again to see if you have now the updated information on the said form.

    I have already tried that but it didn't solve anything. I re-uploaded my site and it must've updated it as the option I removed from my drop down has now gone - I tested this again by making another change and re-uploading and it didn't work.

    There's definitely a bigger issue as lots of people are having problems and I need this resolving as soon as possible.

    I checked our logs, and we can see the script errors you are mentioning. I have reported this to our back-end team. You will be notified via this thread when this gets fixed.

    Hello,

    There was a brief timeframe with errors on the payment wizards. We've since pushed some updates to them. 

    The issue should be resolved now, could you please check your form and write if there are any problems?
