Why my form is stuck on

My question is when I try to send out a test registration from our web page it wont go through. All the required fields are complete but when I hit send it just tells me to please wait. Did I miss a step?  By the way I love this form. It was easy to use and is exactly what we were looking for. As we grow we will definitely be upgrading. We cant wait to check out your other offerings once we get this glitch taken care of.

The problem is, from what I'm seeing, in how the form is embedded. So please try embedding your form by using the iFrame method, here is the code from your form:
