Issues with Viewing & Editing forms

Hi,

I created a form, "CVS Ideas" and found once I'd drafted it and integrated it with Google Sheets I was unable to (re-)edit the form via the link in gSheets. I tried just using the link but this didn't work either. 404 error in all cases. Editing works from within JotForms but I need the ability to edit (i.e. resubmit changes to a form) from outside of JotForms and preferably via a URL.

So I cloned it and renamed it to "CVS Ideas v2". This form I can't even preview or view. I haven't attempted to integrate it to see if the edit option is working cus I can't submit a test submission without being able to view the live form.

Before I go ahead and re-create the entire form, any ideas on how to resolve this?

P.S. Another form I have, "Personal Profile" works as required by way of an "Edit Submission" link in a gSheet. I think I created this form in v4.0 as well...

We are experiencing a delay between data centers that is causing form changes not to display immediately.  This is being addressed and should settle completely in an hour or so.  Form changes will still save as normal, it will just take a bit for them to show in the live form.

As for the edit submission link that is forwarded to Google docs spreadsheets.  The link is included by default.  If it is missing from your sheet.  Removing the integration and adding it back once again should include the edit links.

Both forms and the link to edit from gSheets is now all working as expected this morning (the following day). I did notice a delay in changes vs. preview being updated yesterday, so guessing this is the root cause to all the issues I was having.

Just to be clear for anyone else finds this thread useful; gSheets did show the "Edit Submission" link in the integration from the start, clicking the link just tool me to a 404 or 'form not found' page when I clicked it from within gSheets and also if I edited the hyperlink formula and copied the URL manually, I had the same 404 issue. As per your response though, it seems there was just a delay in configuring the integration at the backend and so it is now working fine this morning without issues having changed nothing myself.
