Why will encrypted forms not go through?

I have encrypted many forms and put them on our website. However, many of out customers have complained that the form will sit saying "Please Wait..." after hitting the submit button for hours, just to find out that their form hasn't been processed and they have to start over. I've tried this on my computer, first with an encrypted version and then with the same jotform not encrypted and found that it doesn't have to do with the internet, just the encryption on the form. I'll attach the form I used as an example for you to try out. Hit "Send in check" at the end to not pay.

The Please wait.. usually means a script conflict in the page. This is most likely your problem so I would suggest re-embedding the form using our iframe method:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

The iframe will isolate the form from any other files in your website and this will prevent any script conflict. Please try that and let us know if the issue persists.

It doesn't look like that fixed it. It still goes to "Please Wait..." and doesn't come out of it.

I read some other answers saying something about different "Keys". I had Jotform create a key for me but i'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to these.

Is it possible the problem can come from that?

You are still using the default script embed codes. Can you add and keep that iframe so we can test it?

The problem is not related to the encryption key. But you can change the key by disabling/enabling back the encryption in the form settings.

I tested with the Iframe codes only a few times. After those didn't work, I reverted back to the embed codes and took off the encryption. My form is working without the encryption. I went live with the form and sent out an email letting my customers know it was up and running. If I get more complaints about the form not being secure, I'll re-open this thread and ask for help again. I'm afraid to change it back to the iframe currently because some customers might fill out the form while the testing is going on.

Thank you for your help, I'll be in touch if I need further assistance. Let me know if someone else is having this problem and another answer is found. Again, I tried with just the iframe codes and it still would not process, so i changed it back and took off the encryption for a quick fix.
