What Is The Form And Submission Limit On The Free Plan

On the free plan it says I can have 5 forms and 10 payments. Is that for life? Or if I had 5 forms, and trash one can I then make a new one and still be within the 5-form limit. Along those same lines, are the 10 payments per form, or 10 total payments ever and then no more?

Thank you for contacting our Support.

Regarding the number of forms limit. For Free users it is 5 forms total, it is not related to time. As you said it is 5 forms for life. And yes, you can delete one and then create a new one, as long as you are under the 5 forms limit. Regarding the payment limit, it is 10 paying submissions per month. Meaning, your customers can submit your form (including payment) 10 times per month. If you reach that limit your account will be disabled until the next first of the month or you do the upgrade (this applies to all limits actually).

All limits are per account, so it is not per form.

Hope it is more clear now.

If you have any additional questions please let us know.

    Thank you!

OK, so it sounds like I can have 5 active forms at any time, deleting and remaking new forms anytime I want as long as I never have more than 5 at a time. And I can have 10 payment submissions across all my forms within a given month.

New question -- What exactly happens if someone tries to submit an 11th payment. Do they get an error message? You say "your account will be disabled", does that mean I don't have access to any part of my account until the next month (which seems outrageously punitive but I just want to know for sure)? Or is just the payment option disabled.

We are a very small non-profit organization that occasionally offers training that we collect payments for. I don't see more than 10 people needing to send us payment within a given month, but you never know. I just want to know ahead of time what exactly will happen.

Yes, that is true, as long as you are under the monthly limit you're good to go.

Sorry for the confusion, you will have access to your account of course, but on the other hand, your forms will be disabled for your users. They will not be able to submit them. Basically, you can log in to your account but you can not receive submissions. And when you reach 11th payment submission your account will be marked as 'over limit' meaning it is not available for submitting until the next first of the month when limits will be reset or you do the upgrade.

    Of course, I understand that.

If you have any additional questions feel free to reach us.

Also, we can very good prices for non-profit organizations, you can find more information here, maybe it can work for you.

    Thank you!

I see having a few different registration forms working at any given time, but only one with payments attached to it. So, once someone tries to submit an 11th payment, NONE of my forms will work until the next month, or just the one with a payment option?

Yes, that is correct, the whole account is disabled until the next first of the month.

If you have any further questions do let us know.

    Thank you!
