Here is the screenshot of the error message, ive tried cloning my form & uploading my form as a template then downloading it & altering but its saying this

Base on the images you posted above, I see that you are referring to this form in your account.
I'm able to view the form and it doesn't say the form is deleted.
Can you try to re-login from your Jotform account and check your form again, please? (logout and login from your account)
Also, you can try to use a different browser when accessing your account/form or try to clear your current browser's data and see if that helps, too.
