I do not find Support to be helpful at all. I have posted my question/problem four times in the past week and have not received a response.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, I have checked your previous posts in the Support Forum and we were able to respond to two of it as also explained by my manager in a separate thread you've opened.
