Unable to upload private key file

I am trying to upload my key file, but once I browse and select the file from my desktop nothing happens.  Just the file name is appearing in the 'choose file" box but that's it, no action happens.

There might be an issue with the private key wizard in Internet Explorer. It has been already escalated to our developers.

Could you please try with any other browser? If this does not help, please let us know.
