Why am I not receiving emails

    I need the email notices.  Please respond....been asking for almost a week with no response.  Thanks!!

    Apologies for any inconvenience. I have checked the email address associated with your account which is also set as the recipients of the email notifications in your form and found out that it is no longer on the bounce list as it was previously removed by my colleague(s). To confirm this, I've checked your mail logs and I found that my response to you on the other thread was sent successfully.

    What I can suggest you do (prior to contacting us) if you suspect that you're not receiving email notifications when any of your forms is submitted is check your account email history.


    If you see any attempts marked as FAILED or IN BOUNCE/BLOCK LIST, you can go ahead and remove the recipient email address from the bounce list on your end (through your account).


    Then, I would suggest you also check if the instructions in the guide below are properly followed to prevent such issues in the future.
