v4 Builder: Conditions wizard is limiting to have 104 conditions only.

I am trying to set up 126 unique conditions in my jotform titled FCC Lead registration - New. It constantly is deleting 22 conditions in blocks at the bottom whenever I save everything. Why is this happening? I need all 126 conditions- not 122. 3 times I have made 22 new conditions to replace the ones that were deleted, and the final 22 conditions that were created are deleted again. Please tell me what is going on- was forms tested for high volume of inputs like 126?

I have cloned your form and found what you're referring to, I can also see it only happens when opening the form in the v4 builder, in the v3 builder it works fine and you can have more than 126 conditions, somehow it is deleting the last condition while you're adding new ones, the last one seems corrupt as well. 

I will forward this to our second level so our developers can investigate and correct the issue, we will let you know as soon as we get updates regarding this. 

Click on the person Shape icon, then on Account:

Click on your Settings tab, and check the V3 option:
