Want to provide options for registrant to pay by credit card OR PayPal. Have set up the option radio buttons but when the form is submitted a PayPal page opens and requests registration for PayPal. How can I get just the Credit Card option or PayPal. It is confusing to have PayPal form open when a user just wants to pay by credit card.

It appears that currently your condition is setup to display the Paypal integration when Credit Card is selected. Because the paypal integration is visible, the form will redirect to the paypal page even when credit card is selected.

To resolve this, please setup your condition to hide the Paypal integration if Credit Card is selected.

Alternatively, if you have a Paypal business account, then you can switch the paypal integration to Paypal Pro.integration The paypal pro integration will have a credit card field and paypal field, and the user can select which payment they would like to use. Here's an article on the Difference Between PayPal & PayPal Pro.

How do I set up payment by Credit Card only using Jotform? I can set up the option but need to know where to link this option. I don't want to confuse our registrants by asking them to sign up for PayPal when all they will want to do is use their Credit Card. PayPal will be included as an additional option.

    Thanks again for you help.

If you want to have credit card field to be shown on the form you will have to use PayPal Pro Integration. like my colleage mentioned.

On PayPal Pro payment form both options will be shown and you users will be able to select if they want to pay by credit card or by PayPal.

You will need to have PayPal business account if you want to integrate your form with PayPal Pro.

However if you want to use standard account, like you currently have on your form, you can not have credit card fields shown on the form. What I can suggest you in this case is to have only to options on the form Credit Card or PayPal and Check. First option will redirect your user to paypal and then they will select method of payment there.
