From Nov to Jan 17th. I received emails for the forms submitted. I stopped receiving email submissions after Jan 17th. Please let me know why they stopped going to my email.

Your recipient email went to bounce list. It has been removed from the bounce list, so you should start receiving notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Please make sure to check your spam folder, and if you find any JotForm email mark it as NOT SPAM.
If the issue continues our best advise would be using your own SMPT settings for the sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

I tested this "bounce" feature out and one email was on the bounce list. I removed it and the other was not on the bounce list. I sent a test form submission and did not receive an email.

Did you press the "Test Email" button? The "Test Email" button will only send the submission test to the email address registered in your profile, not the one setup as a recipient for your form notification.
Please note that in order to test the notification properly, you need to do a real submission. Preview your form, fill it, and then submit it.

Yes. I did 3 real submissions and 2 yesterday before email you and then one just now.

I would recommend you to setup your own SMPT to send email, because it seems your email service providers is rejecting emails coming from email@example.com, which cause the bouncing issues.

Clearing the bounce list is not functioning properly. Because I cleared them yesterday and check to see if another was on their this morning. ONLY one needed to be removed and it was NOT firstname.lastname@example.org.
It said that 2 of the 3 recipients were NOT on the bounce list. The alert message must be incorrect therefore not prompting a removal. We have 4 forms that I know of right now that are still not receiving submission emails.

I do not think it is the SMPT issue because I am receiving these emails from the forum ticket just fine in my email box from email@example.com

Some of the emails from that form getting received. Maybe the cache has to catch up? Not sure.

I see this issue is already assigned to one of our developers, so that means the issue is getting fixed. We haven't receive any confirmation yet though. Hopefully, we can get updated soon.
