How long does a take for email to reach Recipient

Sent a email via contact form and it has been 20 minutes and no email has been received.

In checking jotform stats, shows email was generated.

In addition, did not receive test email.

Please check the spam folder. I tried filling up the form and got the email notification instantly after submission.

I also checked the History of emails from your account and did not find and bounce email issue.
