I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I am unable to enter any data in the credit card field. To resolve this, please delete the current square integration and re-integrate it again with the form. Please make sure that you select Yes when you delete the square integration to make sure that the products will still be there when you re-integrate it.
If you do not want to delete the square integration on your live form, then you can clone it and reintegrate square with the cloned form instead. How to clone an existing form from your account
