Error with jotform links: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    A lot of our users use jotform for files however when the links to certain files are used they get the following error (in Chrome)

    The www.jotform.com page isn’t working

    www.jotform.com redirected you too many times.

    Try clearing your cookies.

    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    If I try in firefox or IE I get a message that the page isn't redirecting properly or the page can't be found.

    However if I try with other files, while I still get the error the files are downloaded.

    While looking in the status bar for Chrome I can see the connection flipping between www.jotform.com and files.jotform.com. Is there anyway to avoid this?

    Hello John,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you but can you please explain your problem a bit more in detail?

    When do you get this error message? Do you mean to say that when your form is loaded in browser, it shows error message? I did check few of your last edited form and its displayed without any problem.

    Have you embedded your form in any webpage? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.
