#1 my pdf not showing correctly? Cannot find reply email on jotform?

    My PDF form was ok at first but I made some changes to my form and now my pdf is too small and no one could use i to input data.

     

    Secondly a reply sent by the client to the noreplyJotform address ...(using it to make sure people get it) where can i find it and if it does not exist how can i still use the jotform no reply address yet still receive a copy of the email from my client.?  Can I add my email as a second address to get a copy?

    I have replied to your thread about pdf problem.

    It is not possible to set multiple reply email addresses for our Autoreply emails. However, our delivery rate is pretty good, I would suggest using your own Sender E-mail. If you notice any delivery issues, please let us know.

    THANKS your suggestions worked.

    One problem..when I create a PDF ....at the end of the 1st  page there is

    Other-Phone Number       Other Email

     but the boxes to fIll in the info run onto the next page

    How can I adjust so titles & boxes are on the same page... together

    @ourhousegala

    You will have to make some changes to your form to make the PDF version display nicely.

    Here is a clone of your form which I modified so that the titles and boxes are on the same page in the PDF version.

    I added two line breaks to the form using the Free Text HTML tool. The first one is before the "Other Phone Number" and "Other Email" fields while the second one is before the "Expiration date" field.
