Subscripion cancelled

    Dear Ladies and Gentleman,

    my subscription number is S-0D5556501X0179719 and my Subscription Name: JotForm premium biyearly

     My subscription has been cancelled on Jan 21, 2017.
     
    PayPal informed me, that I need to reactivate my credit card. I don´t know, why I had to reactivate my credit card. But I did it.
     
    My credit card was active on jan 21, 2017 and nevertheless you cancelled my subscription.
    Could you please reactivate my JotForm premium biyearly account with the "old" conditions.
     
    If this is not possible I will not buy any other subscription.

    As per checking, I can see that you are currently on the Free Plan. You were downgraded back to Free because your subscription has expired.  I also noticed that you haven't re-activated your credit card, that's why the subscription has been cancelled and it discontinues to charge your account.
