Hi, when a client submits a form on jotform the email goes in to some client's junk folder. How do I change the setting so that this confirmation email comes from info@eazypark.info.

    Hi,

I have checked the email logs of this email address. It is seen that it receives the JotForm emails successfully as you mentioned above. However, the problem is that JotForm emails go to spam inbox.

Please have a look at this guide: Emails-from-JotForm-are-going-to-spam-how-to-fix-that

The first reason may be the content of the emails (Notification/Autoresponder). If the content seems like a spam email, email providers may detect these emails as spam. Please check the email content.

In addition, when people mark the JotForm as spam because of some reasons, its reliability decreases. Therefore, email providers may detect our emails according to general tendency. When you mark JotForm emails as ''Not Spam'', its reliability increases.

Please mark all JotForm emails as ''Not Spam''. Ask your client to mark JotForm emails as ''Not Spam'', too.

If you need any other details, please feel free to let us know.

    Thank you.
