Issue with preview section: Form not found

Здравствуйте! Я создаю новую форму (клонированием). Но когда я opForm не найден Эта форма была удалена владельцем. Попробуйте связаться с владельцем этой формы.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your detailed notification. I cleared your form caches and inspected your forms. I cannot replicate your issue. Please, could you display my result?

As you can see from the .gif image, I haven't encountered any issue with preview section of your forms. I would like to recommend you to clear your cache and try it again. You may have encountered a temporary problem.

Pref, the problem itself occurred (only with new forms, regardless of how they are created, old continued to work) and then she disappeared. Shapes began to appear about 2 hours. The question - the problem was solved vsledstvii cleaning up your cache in my account, or if it was a temporary system failure? Answer I need to understand how I do in the future, if there is the same problem.

Seems like this was a temporary glitch since the form get corrected after some minutes, just to make sure, I have checked your forms and found they are working (not showing as form not found) and displaying fine.

However, if you experience the problem again you may let us know and we will be glad to check your account, if needed we will also forward this thread to our second level so this can be further inspected.
