How do I cancel my jotform monthly subscription?

    How do i cancel my jotform monthly subscription for the account 'info@physique57mumbai.com'? They charge us $19 every month and i would like to stop this. We tried deactivating the free account but that did not help. Could you please help us and respond to us at varsha@lemill.in

    Hi, 

    Your account was scheduled to cancel at period end. As per your request, I cancelled your last subscription immediately and refund your money for the remaining days. 

    Now your account is in our free plan.
