I Am Getting An Error Message About My Submision

We did receive the mail - ans we can see the Employee Information Form, we can as well download it as PDF, but when opening it, we get the error described above:

ERROR, we Couldn't find the submission you are looking for

even we still see it in the overview

would you know what happened here?

Hey Brigitt, can you share with us the Submission ID that you can't view? Just toggle the Submission ID column on the Submissions Page so you can see it, then give the ID to us so we would know which specific submission to check.
