Why I'm getting job submission tickets error?

    We couldn't find the submission you are looking for on our servers.

     

    That is displayed when clicking on the job ticket

    Could you please let us know where do you see that error?

    Is it happening in Submissions page or somewhere else? Also, is it happening for multiple submissions or not?

    It is working today. That was the job ticket in Google drive. The uploaded pdf worked, just not the ticket. Working today
