Which style of embed (full code, popup, lightbox, etc...) is the most reliable across platforms and browser versions. Or are there any to stay away from if I need to ensure IE support (6,7,8).

    Thanks

All of the codes are tested on all browsers and all browser version. So, they should all work. Including on IE 6.

Many people have a lot of troubles when their HTML editors mess with their form code, so usually the most reliable version is the IFrame form code.

The downsize of Iframe form code is that if you change the form, you must update it on your site. Since the iframe height is hardcoded.

The javascript code is the best option if you can enter javascript code in your HTML editor. Since the javascript code also iframe based but it can resize itself automatically if the form is changed or the user has large fonts etc.
