Daily Digest App: It is not sending email with submissions.

    I have tested the Daily digest app and seems to be working fine. I was able to signup for an alert with a selected form using the app and I am waiting for the email to be received.  

    Could you explain the exact issue that you are experiencing with the app? Were you able to sign up for an alert or not receiving emails? Please let us know more information about the issue so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.

    I may be doing something wrong, but I set this up two days ago (and yesterday) to receive daily reports. I have not received anything as of yet -- nor do I get the test email (it does says test email sent). i have checked SPAM and no emails there as well.  

    I was trying this tool to see if it provides what we need. We need a tool that automatically sends a report (via email) to myself and a colleague which includes the results of the last day of surveys. We dont want to login to Jotform each day to manually run the desired report (which includes signature). Any other suggestions?

    I have tested the app and tried to send the test email, but it did not work, I tried with one and two recipients and it did not work either. 

    I will report this to our back-end team so our developers will take a look to the app and find if there is anything not allowing emails to be sent from this app.

    We still have no update as this is not a feature used by lots of users, our devs always work based on priorities, but hopefully when it comes its turn they will take a look at it.
