I had still receiving a copy of form's information in a email account I had recently erased. Can you explain how could this happen?

Do you mean to say that you are receiving the form submissions to an email address that is removed from the notifications? I have checked your JotForm and see that there are 4 notifications set on the form and some of them are set to be sent by conditions.
