I am still having a problem. Can you tell me how to unlock the background image option? I was able to do it on one of my forms but not the other two.
    Thank you.

Do you want these two forms in your account

    to look like this one

I see that you have set a Form Image and a Page Image for the form Client Intake Form

Is that what you're also trying to do with the other two forms?

Or, if not, can you describe to us exactly what you would like to happen, please?

If you think adding screen captures to your next reply would help us better understand the issue you're facing, please do include so. http://www.jotform.com/answers/414264-How-to-include-screenshot-image-in-the-support-forum

May I also ask permission if we can try to apply the changes directly to your form?

    Thank you.

Sure...if you wouldn't mind matching the clinician and satisfaction forms match the intake form that would be greatly appreciated.
Also, can the dark gray textured background on the intake form be lightened a bit? Or is that not an option.
    Thank you very much!

I have managed to change the page and form background of both forms.

Are you referring to this? (please see image below)

So you could change that to your preferred color, please go to the Advanced Designer page of your form

Then, on the designer page, click the header and update the background color.

I hope this helps. If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to contact us again anytime.

    Thank you.

Mike - I want to thank you! I’ll also look at the site so I know for next time and maybe I will tweak the design. I LOVE jotForm and I hope my potential clients will too.
    Much appreciated,

Also, how do you change what is now charcoal gray? It's really the border of the form...is it called "background image?, "form cover"?
    Please advise.

The charcoal color comes from a Page Background, please see the next screenshot.
