How to whitelist JotForm URLs?

Jotform was blocked by our firewall.  Simply adding jotform.com to the whitelist isn't sufficient as I've found 4 other URL in the code sent to my by user Ashley Springs.  Rather than sift through code every time she uses your site to create a page, do you have a list of URL as to where you pull images and data so I can whitelist everything?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the IP addresses since they are constantly changing. Maybe the best way to go in order to avoid these problems in future is to set SMTP email for your notifications.
