    Not getting confirmation email on Purchase Order CC Form.

    We have a rule set up to send confirmation to "youremail" and they are not working...

    Hello CasterConnection,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    Upon checking our records, I found that three of your email address ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: 

    dave.bausch@casterconnection.com is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 Your IP [209.126.123.106] is on one or more DNS

     

    Result: 

    greg.patterson@casterconnection.com is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 Your IP [209.126.123.105] is on one or more DNS

     

    Result: 

    james.rappaport@casterconnection.com is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 Your IP [209.126.123.105] is on one or more DNS

     

    That is the reason why you were not not receiving submission emails. I have removed these email addresses from bounce list and it should work fine. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    I would also suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTY setting to send submission emails. The following guide should help you how to use your SMTP in form:  https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Hello CasterConnection,

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I found that you have form fields asking for user's credit card numbers. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. 

    I would suggest you to please delete the credit card fields from your form.
