I need to create more space in my account and need to upgrade my plan.
Earlier this week I had trouble using the pricing plan plan, and tweeted at your account with no reply
Today, I was able to enter my credit card, but it keep getting an error message and it prompts me to contact Jotform support.
We are in need of creating a new form in the next 24 hours. Can you assist?

Did you do this under Billing page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing)? Can you try it again? The upgrade should work this time. Make sure to provide an active credit/debit card when the credit card box appears.
