we are not receiving notifications when form is completed

    when the form for SOFIT registration is filled out we are not receiving notifications to our email address?

    You mentioned you are having a problem with receiving your form email notifications and we do apologize about that.

    I believe you mean this form http://www.jotform.us/form/61026781806153 for your sofit, correct?

     

    I've taken a look at this problem but, I do not currently see your email address in our bouncelist.

    Result: spaladysouthorange@gmail.com is NOT in the bounce list

     

    According to your email history it looks like you were in it earlier though.

    Did you remove yourself then? I see the emails started to flow again afterwards.

     

    You have a gmail address which should normally work so I would suggest checking your spam folder and if you find anything from us for your forms in there mark it as not spam to fix it.

    Good Morning,
    we received 2 forms right after i put in the notice but now it is not
    working again. Every time I sign into Jotform I have to remove the email
    from the bounce list? is there way to permanently take us off the bounce
    list?

    I'm sorry to hear that this problem has continued for you.

    Unfortunately, even though we would like to permanently make that happen for everyone there is often numerous reasons why your email might continually end up in our bouncelist.
