I entered my credit card info, but Message says "Unable to upgrade subscription." Help, please.

The account you upgraded to the $50/yr Storage plan was the account user name "RPCN", which is register with your email address "sroyal1@rochester.rr.com", the same used for your other account username "sroyal" which is in free status.
