I just have a one time event and would like to create a template form. Do I have to pay monthly until the end our event is over in order to receive the submissions? Or can I pay $19 for 100 forms and then cancel?

You can purchase your monthly subscription. But if you want it just for one month, make sure to cancel it, or request us to cancel it before it renews next month. Let us know if you have more questions.
