Autoresponder not working in V4.

    But, we some support as to why the autoresponders are not sending email.

    The specific form I am referencing is called "Medscape upload form" and the recipient email address is yruperti@medscape.net

    I have tested the auto-responder feature by creating a new one using the v4 builder, I can see the emails work fine and I received the email when submitted the form. 

    The email address you provided did not receive the email since it is in our bounce list, here's  the reason: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    I have already removed it from our bounce list so you can receive emails now, I will also suggest you to check this guide that will help you to avoid bouncing issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues 

    You may also set up an SMTP sender if you want to avoid bouncing issues, this uses your mail server info and allow you to have more control over  how the emails are sent too: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
