Hi, I have just made quite a bit of changes in the email notification. I saved it. Then, I attempted to get back the "MY form" page, but the "Save on the builder screen keeps spinning. I am afraid it did not save. Please help?!

Never mind.. I managed to save a copy of all the changes ...
Yea.. the build page just hung and did not save the email notification.. Nevertheless, I managed to retrieve it.
Just recommendation for future user.. If you are going to make extensive modifications to the notification, save it elsewhere often as a backup.

Glad to know you manage to save it. Also, you can check any edits done in the form through the Revision History tool, and recover them: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history
