I still cannot read my encrypted subscription. I have cleared my browser, and when I upload my key, the information is still encrypted.
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.....

If you use Internet Explorer to upload your key, please try to switch to any other browser to see if that makes any difference.
Also, the information might be still encrypted if you upload incorrect private key file.
