    How to share the form with the users?

    I have a survey that I made in jotform to send out to multiple travelers.  I cannot figure out how to send it out to the travelers and put in the email that I would like the surveys, when finished to be sent to. I need the steps to follow after finishing the survey. I am ready to send it out, but, do not want it returned to my email, but, to another email address here at work.  Also, can I send to multiple emails at once or does every single email need to be typed in separately.  I have the emails in an excel file.  Thank you!

    I understand that you have completed building the form and you want to share the form with the users. If so, you may get the form URL from the publish wizard or the preview window.

    You may copy this URL and send it through email. If you have setup a notification on the form, you'll be receiving an email when the form is submitted. If not, you may setup one by following the guide below:

    You may change the recipient email address in the recipient tab of the email setup wizard so that you can receive the notification to a different email address. Please see the screencast below:

    Since you already have the email address in an Excel file, you may consider using Mail merge to send the email. Please take a look at the following article from Microsoft on Mail merging.
