Completed survey not openable

Hi there,

I just finished creating my form "School Bus App Survey", however no one else except me can access the survey with the link I was provided. How do I fix this problem?

Do you mean that you are trying to let people access your form at this url here https://form.jotform.com/veronicatang/school-bus-app-survey but they are unable?

I just checked this link and it is working properly on my end.

Are you using just the link or is it embedded somewhere?

Or where are they accessing it from? A computer ? Mobile Device?
