I found that the reason you weren't getting any replies from your form is because the email address found in the email notification ended up in our bouncelist but, I've now removed it for you.
Details:
Result: mfsxxxxxn@mfxx-tuxxx.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IPThe best thing to do to keep an eye on this stuff is to check your email history periodically which shows what was sent or bounced. If it is bounced then that means it was flagged or rejected and you can use our email tool to remove it if needed to try to get the emails to flow again.
