I'm new to JotForm and setting it up for a client website

I opened up an account for me and then one for my client's website. I created a lengthy form and then tried to embed it on godaddys website and it wouldnt embed. then i tried the link and it said the form was disabled .  the email here is mine, i entered it in for my account and the client account, etexalliancellc until i get it up and running.
