How To Form A Condition When Clicking On A Specific Variety

How do I create a condition when clicking on a variety of grapes - Cabernet Sauv - and then in the Block section I want the corresponding code to come up "AGCSCR".  I would like to do this with all the varieties of grapes with their corresponding Block Code

Do I need to set up the Blocks differenly?  Right now it is a drop down.  

I figured it out:

I created at text box.  Used Update/Caculate Field.  If Variety is Equal to Cabernet Sauv - DO Caculate a Field's Value (I filled in the Cab Block number) and where it was to be filled in.
