How can I transfer forms to my paid account?

Het account van Aemstelburgh is geüpgraded naar Bronze maar daarbij is een nieuwe gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord aangemaakt. 

Graag wil ik de oude formulieren ook zien in het geüpgraded account
