I Can't Find My Submissions Even Received Payments

    I have received a number of payments without the submitted forms. Our bank account has received the funds and I have no indication that they submitted their applications/forms via jotform. 


    Can you tell me why this would be happening and how to possible remedy this?

    Can you please check your incomplete payments list on your submissions page and see if the submissions are there? You can check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-view-incomplete-payments

    I have another issue. We have received a submission on 1/18/2017. Payment was received and charged via authorize.net module inside our jotform form, but his card was charged again on 1/20/17 and 1/21/17 for the same transaction. One application was completed, 3 payments. Below are screenshots.
