Questionnaires and Contracts

I own a salon that specializes in wedding hair and makeup. When brides contact me initially I ask them to complete a questionnaire that I use to create a custom package for them with our salon forms. The details of the questionnaire are included in the contract template as well as information I ad, such and price and start time, etc. I am using a PDF form for my questionnaire and my contract right now but neither are fillable forms. I need to find something that is much more user friendly for my brides. I would like something they can access on my website but also something I can send via email. Further I will need something that can be changed and updated as the needs of the wedding are narrowed down. Can you please let me know if JotForms will be a good choice for me?
