I have read the forum and have cleared my cach and removed integration and then reintergrated the form with a new Google Sheet, but it doesn't update.
Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have already sent those missing submissions from our end to your spreadsheet, do note that if there is an error in the current integration this does not fix it.
Could you please check your spreadsheet now and confirm that submissions were added?
If you're experiencing this issue again, please let us know and if possible share us access to your spreadsheet so we can check and forward this to our developers.

Have you made any changes to the column header of your integrated google spreasheet? Please note that editing google spreadsheet column header will cause the integration to break.
I would suggest you to please remove the existing integration from your form and then re-integrate to see if that solves your problem.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
I have not changed the order or the wording of the headers. I deleted all submissions from the Jotform site and from my integrated sheet and now it seems to work.
