Hi! My checklist widget is not showing up on my website where the link is attached. On the preview at JotForms it's fine, but when i go to the application I made on my site, the checklist isn't there. Only the question "Which Social Media platforms are you active on?" is visible. Can you help?
I've tried on multiple browsers.

But using the form's own URL only does not have the same issue.
I think the issue had to do with the form publish code.
I suggest you try first removing now the published form on your website page.
And then re-publish it again, but this time using the form iframe publish code instead.
Then check again your website and see if the Checklist widget is now working on the published form.
