One client submitted a form and I am getting the same form multiple times at irregular intervals over the last three days. The client has confirmed that he only did the submission ONCE.. Can you advise pls?
I have just cleared Cache to see if it will help but I am afraid that I do not know enough to solve this.. Below is a screen shotPage URL:

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Cookies and some other factors may cause this issue. Submitter should remove his cookies/browser caches etc but of course you cannot ask all submitter to remove their caches.
My suggestion is to enable Unique Submissions if you want to prevent duplicated submissions. Please have a look at the following guide:
