I would like to make my current account a nonprofit account.

I am ensuring our account is a nonprofit account - and if not how do we go about changing our account to be a nonprofit account?

You need to apply for the non-profit pricing plans. Please go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/ 

Once you get approved, we will cancel your current Bronze subscription, set your account back to free status, then you can upgrade to the non-profit plan.
