Your account is subscribed to one of our grandfathered plans (Premium) that is equivalent to our Bronze plan that has a limit of 25 forms.

Thanks for clearing this up Mike. I was thinking that the "payment" feature might be of use for my products which are paintings from my gallery, however, it won't work due to the low number of forms I can create. I think JotForm is ok for forms but if one has a store and has lots of products, then finding an Ecommerce solution would be more practical. Even the "Silver" options is limiting. I currently use Wix for my design and financials and at $200 per year is much more practical.

You can always check the current limits of your subscription by going to the usage tab of your My Account page:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

As your specific subscription was grandfathered with the terms where there were no limits on the number of forms you can have, you can create and use as many forms as you need for as long as you keep your current subscription active, and do not allow it to expire / get cancelled for non-payment.

Based on your description, it sounds like you intended to have a separate form for each of your products - paintings. That is fine, but you can also add multiple products within a single form, for your users to select the products (paintings) they want.

In any case, should you need assistance with setting up your form, please feel free to open another support thread in our forum anytime, and we'll do our best to help. Thank you.
