The form I created says "This form is disabled"

    When you click "Acceso" in the navagation bar at www.bankcun.com.mx is suppose to go to take you to: https://form.jotform.co/70254023960853 but instead all I get is this: 

    Form not found
    This form is disabled.

    I checked your account History and found that the form has been deleted and purged from your end, so it can't be retrieved back
